Dr Jane Miskovic-Wheatley

Dr Jane Miskovic is a private clinical psychologist registered with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA) and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and the Australian Society for Performing Arts Healthcare. She holds a Doctor of Clinical Psychology/Master of Science from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma of Dramatic Art (Directing/Movement) from the National Institute of Dramatic Art. 


Jane has worked as a clinical research psychologist for the past 12 years for the Eating Disorder Service at the Children's Hospital at Westmead. During this time, she managed a nationally funded (NHMRC) large-scale randomised control trial, was a co-author on over 20 papers in peer-reviewed journals and presented at conferences both nationally and internationally. Jane has a special interest in the performing arts and events, having also worked in theatre and on international events for the past 20 years, and provides clinical and consulting psychological services for these industries. She currently provides touring wellness programs for CDP Theatre Producers and Bell Shakespeare, is a consultant for NSW Arts on Tour and the VIC Arts Wellbeing Collective, aiming to promote and support mental wellness in the performing arts.

About Us

Dr Anna Miskovic-Wheatley


Dr Anna Miskovic-Wheatley is the Director and Principal Clinical Psychologist of Sage Clinical Psychology, based in Katoomba, west of Sydney, in the beautiful City of the Blue Mountains. 

Dr Miskovic-Wheatley is a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA), the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), Medicare Australia and the Department of Veterans Affairs. She is also a registered provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) for New South Wales. 

With fifteen years of clinical experience, specialising in both older adult and child/adolescent neuropsychology, Dr Miskovic-Wheatley is well-equipped to assist with a wide range of referral questions. She has spent the majority of her career working with the Psychogeriatric Service at St Vincent’s Hospital in Darlinghurst and their trail-blazing work in the area of older adult neuropsychiatry. Her particular interests include mild cognitive impairment and neurodegenerative conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease, Frontotemporal Dementia, Vascular Dementia, and movement disorders. In her time at St Vincent’s Mental Health Service she was also recognised as a conjoint lecturer with the School of Psychiatry of the University of New South Wales, lecturing to both clinical psychology- and medical-registrars. Within the past five years, Anna undertook professional placements with both the Brain and Mind Research Institute in Sydney and the Neuropsychological Department of the University of British Columbia Hospital in Vancouver, Canada.


Child and adolescent neuropsychology is a further passion, having spent significant time at 
The Sydney Children’s Hospital in Randwick as a Registrar. Working in the Neuropsychology Department, Anna treasured the challenge of assessing children with a wide range of acquired neurological conditions such as epilepsy, brain tumours, encephalitis and traumatic brain injury, in addition to neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Tourette’s Syndrome, Specific Learning Disorders and ADHD. Through her private practice, she has continued this speciality over the past eight years.
